I think that is correct. However, that villainous narrative has long been been self constructed by Mazepin after his assault on another driver in the lower ranks and his sexual assault allegations. That, and he sucks on the track and has no care about how his actions affect others. He doesn’t deserve his seat but HAAS needed the money and Russian oligarchs have deep pockets.
