I consider no nation to be greater than the other 195. Each country has something good and bad about it, It is your prespective that America "Is great" like it is someone else's perspective their nation is great, If I were forced to choose at gunpoint though, I would say Tanzania because of its economic and Geographic advantages which could make for a fairly peaceful environment once developed as with many countries on that continent.
