A city: an area that contributes to society and is witheld by a nation and for a nation for the keen purpose of settlement and territory. it must contribute to a stable government and it must have some sort of protection, it also has to have at least a population of 300,000 people. it also must have certain type of production and markets to stabilize the economy and the people must follow direct rules under the nation's constitution.
