Well, that was part of why I made the RP the way I did. You can roleplay as your nation if you wish, at any point in your nation's history, but you don't have to. The RP was built to allow for the freedom to roleplay as your nation, and the people who don't want to roleplay as their nation or haven't developed it enough yet can roleplay as something else.
