The NNF asks for the same offer and in exchange if they win they will let you have full access to trade within our coasts and waters.

The Veritian Empire will not make any type of offers to the NNF rebels... for now. We will have to wait and see how the situation develops and in case of a NNF victory, The Veritian Empire will certainly be interested in some kind of trade negotiations.
