Hey! I saw you posted here and on the forum, so I can answer both places.

You basically have it right. MT is Modern Tech and RPs that take place modern day with modern tech. PT is for any RPs in the past, and can vary from medieval times to the 1980s depending.

OOC is Out of Character, and on the forums usually mean a thread is for discussing an RP and being the place players can discuss things or ask questions. IC is In Character and where the roleplay happens.
