Dear Deputy Prime Minister For Foreign Affairs Spencer Lowenthal,

The Huangdai has today written to me giving his blessings for the Middle Kingdom to join the International Monetary Fund, the International Assembly and the International Bank for Development.

All the necessary bureaucratic and legal preparations have been made for the the Middle Kingdom to join these wonderful agencies, further embracing our duties and responsibilities to the international community. As such, I wonder if the Artarumen Empire is still open to us officially requesting to join the International Monetary Fund, the International Assembly and the International Bank for Development?
