I'm gonna double post and see how long it takes UPC to yell at me ...
But also just to let everyone know in a little less than two hours at 3pm est, we will be hosting an AMA on the RMB! The lovely AMs of Culture and Interior will be here for a joint AMA :-D
Probably the people, through culture the main thing for me is getting to meet and engage with old and new friends. It’s so rewarding to see people engage in the things that you spent hours on planning and thinking about
OH That's a good Question, I'm fairly new still but so far it's just been interacting with everyone and always being surprised or caught off guard at the diversity of the region. Freeverse Fridays always have such a diverse selection from Classics to actual Freeverse, from haikus to unique rhyming schemes from love poems to hate poems. And the same is true of Meme Monday, Would You Rather Wednesday, and all the rest. It's really brilliant to see all the varied perspective of our members old and new.
A question from someone who couldn't make it to the AMA unfortunately:
What's something you have learned while working in Euro ministries?
Themothman
I mean working with you has been such a pleasure so far, I'd say so far I think how important communication is especially over the finer things, and I think how we approach people outside of our normal spheres. I've run into a few growing pains and communicating with you on how to best tackle them has been a fantastic learning experience.
Ica, what're your thoughts on the development of gameside culture that we've seen for the last couple of terms? Do you think it makes a difference?
Nova!, Interior is sort of centered around recruiting and retaining new members to Europeia. As someone who is pretty new yourself, how do you feel about our current efforts, and can you identify any major areas you think we could improve upon?
Delegating things works. You do not need to everything on your own, there are many people that are capable and engaged and willing to help, you don’t need to do everything yourself
