Elections? Silly you, we don't have those affronts to the President here.

I was going to use the tip there as a cultural and religious hub and part of the reason why is because of a tsunami so there being land there wouldnt make any sense. Perhaps you could be to my west?

By culture, my nation will be mostly Latvian with Estonians around Kuresaare (lat. Kuresāre) having been largely assimilated but they have made their own language mixing Latvian and Estonian. The rest of Saaremaa (lat. Sāmsala) speaks proper Estonian and the majority aren't assimilated Estonians.
