We don’t have strong ideological inclinations since our short term governments tend to be more moderate or even technocratic in nature due to the deadlocked state of our politics. Our political scene does include parties from all viewpoints in the political spectrum.

Yes, the central committee and stuff are all diehard (or so many claim) Yaists that like to look to the old regime's playbook when dealing with rebels and counter revolutionaries. Maxime Melenchon is only 1 of the 3 triumvirs, and he is part of the triumvirate only because his skills at crushing enemies of the state are rivalled by no other. Not to say that the other 2 aren't as shrewd; in fact, some suggest a power struggle is soon to come and the relationship between the 3 men have been said to be strained and uneasy underneath the facade of unity.

I see. That is fine. As long as they don't try to bring back their revisionist ideology I'm fine with what they do. Also do grant minorities some special privileges. A happy minority group is less likely to fight back and to be used by foreign groups to denounce your government. Also if you need help to ensure ideological purity and to help stamp out reactionaries and revisionaries, I can send MSS agents to help aid your government.

The Committee for State Security (equivalent to the USSR's KGB) is already doing a good job of sorting out counter revolutionaries and reactionaries. A list of 250 names belonging to prominent members of society with anti-revolutionary sentiment have already been produced and published on state run media; they will the first of many to be sent to citizen re-education camps. A new revolution will be begun, not just economic, but also cultural in nature. The archaic elements of society will be washed away and replaced by the new, progressive ideas of the revolution. As for minorities, all ethnic groups are welcome in Acadia, so long as they embrace the revolutionary spirit.

Well, not really. It’s not like every ideology in the country is present in parliament. And even so, not every ideology in parliament is present in government. That’s why we emphasized the mere lack of a continued ideological basis for our nation. We refer you to our Overview factbook...

How could a dictatorship be better than before? I trust your judgement, but I Can’t see how such a government could be more vantageful. I understand you run this management, and it is under your jurisdiction but I feel I should be allowed to voice my concerns.

I wonder how the average Acadian citizen must feel watching all these events unfold. At first, their nation was a century old stale liberal democracy, and then some weird paranormal stuff happens, then it's revealed that the government was lying to you all the time just so that the PM and his cronies could make some extra money (but even then you don't know if it's real or not), then there's a military coup which happens for the first time in the history of your nation. And just when you think it couldn't get worse, a bloody civil war breaks out and the leftists win and sweep into power, before beginning their reign of terror and then subsequently your nation gets Shock and Awe'd by foreign powers. And just when you think there has just been a chance for democracy to be restored again to your nation, just when there is a glimmer of hope for peace and stability, yet another dictatorship comes into place. The economy is in a continuous free fall, the cities are ruined by war, and the new regime is basically as repressive as the old regime in many ways and even has the same guy who was previously in charge of the secret police now in charge of the new secret police. At least there are no more concentration camps or gulags in the nation, and the minorities aren't getting the genocide treatment.

A retired military officer will be our diplomat due to their ability to better represent the average Imperial citizen’s view of the world and because a soldier is better at diplomacy than the underfunded Department of Diplomacy.
