It is my greatest pleasure to re-found our Regional Nuclear Alliance, Nuking Buddies!
Last year, in September, we placed well on the tables, with only around 5 active nations in our faction, and took down Factions many times our own size.
This year, we shall do the same - and an a far grander scale. The world over will fear the Nuking Buddies!

All communication regarding strategy will happen off-site. Any communication on-site must strictly not be in regard to N-Day strategy until after the day has passed.

Without forgetting the horror of a true nuclear exchange, we can have fun; bomb each other.
