For reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with recent aggressive acts in the region, Kilowatt will be conducting large-scale naval training exercises in international waters off the coast of Dorhal.

Tsokeiku exersices both it's air and naval borders against potential threats. Only foreigners dressed in fancy suits for important meetings and negotiations are allowed.

I've been forced by the circumstances to sign a legislation for the training of child soldiers. I'd reccommend that we put this war to a halt before too many innocent lives gets spilled. Lest you want the blood of your men flowing down the rivers of Tsokeikan mountain ranges. Let's not make your men into numbers.
