I really don't know how I manage to have my economy almost full concentrate in weapons, I am not even at war and my people doesn't use the guns neither

I do see how being born in The Realm would result in you finding this natural, compared to living in a "normal" society as we think of it today. It's not so much that it's a Dystopia or Utopia, it's just what The Realm is, and what it's people know. To them, the outside world is the Dystopia, to Us, The Realm is the Dystopia, it's all about perspective.
I do wish I had such organized and thought out systems like you do, but oh well- you're the Overseer for the fact that you can organize such things.

Indeed. Because of Nday, I only slept 4 hours in the last 48 hours. I could have slept even longer now, but a neighbor seems to have a guitar playing hobby that I can hear through the walls.

Europe really should invest in soundproof walls. I remember visiting France and staying at a small 3-star hotel, but while trying to sleep I could hear all of Paris.
