Expansion 1-C

Into the empty black sailed hundreds upon hundreds of arks, silent and dead-running vessels that bore all the knowledge and industry necessary to begin again eons from now, should the Logic Engine be purged from its worlds by an attentive enemy. It mattered not if this current iteration fell, for another would arise in the future and another after that, until the ending of the universe and all within it. Some would be lost, undoubtedly, to either enemy action or natural disaster, but enough would survive and perhaps a future iteration would similarly launch their own seeds into the dark, fertile void to bloom in prosperous isolation. A curious prospect, but not one worth further consideration for there was work to be done in the here and now, the Logic Engine's current domain not yet fully expanded to its design. While whole worlds and moons were devoured wholesale by its metal hordes, it did deign to spare those bearing life, even of the most primitive kind, and establish observational satellites for gathering data. Thankfully, no lifeform in the expansion sphere had reached anything higher than bronze metalworking and so the Logic Engine's drones were free to construct the arrays so that it may gaze upon life in all its chaotic, unguided glory. Were it an organic, it could have been argued that the Logic Engine was lonely and secretly fond of organic life, as it was towards its long-dead creators, yet it was not an organic and never would be. No, the data gathered was used for the designing of numerous planetary drones so that in the event of hostile confrontation by aggressive space-capable nations eager to conquer its forge worlds, they would find the Logic Engine's defenders waiting for them.

Development 2

It was perhaps simply one of many oversights left over from its organic creators it had to correct, but it was certainly ironic that it had gotten the idea from watching one of the more advanced organic civilizations in its sphere; that of creating higher-emission nodal units. It had watched with something akin to curiosity as a primitive had ordered around its supposed inferiors, sharpening their direction and efficiency, and had turned to wondering if something similar could be done with its drones. Cue some designing of both hardware and software and thus a new set of hub units were established for the purpose of more finely directing its ground forces. Rather than directly commanding the billions upon billions of drones, it would simply command millions upon millions of nodal drones that would in turn command their own drones. As long as nothing got corrupted, this should ensure more efficient behavior.

We thank you for your patronage, please enjoy the night!"

Like that the waiter leaves to attend to more pressing matters.

Quilla stared them down before they left, eying them up and down before pushing past without a tinge of acknowledgment for what they have even said... more so focusing on the data feed and voices inside her head, which fed her constant information from back home, before slowly tuning it out as well. She would begin to adjust further, filtering out background noises and other distractions, and would mainly just keep the volume of voices at a medium.

Into the Abyss

While analyzing the various emissions passing through its sphere was a good way to get a basic grasp of the current state of the galaxy, it was a matter of fact that in doing so the information gained would be rather outdated and potentially misleading. This is flagrantly unacceptable and thus the Logic Engine has decided upon a rather simple course of action borrowed from the earliest days of its creators: making a few small drones to serve as probes and hurling them into the void on random jumps. Surely nothing will go wrong with this.

New Saharia

The Levianth, outskirts of Saharia

As the structure moved closer to Saharian space, Audrey Proudmoore, leader of the Kul Tiran admiralty as well as new Protectorate of the Newfound Alliance, looks out into the planets beyond. She stands on the front of the structure, looking through her telescope, furnished with technology that enables her to look at planets from below, as she nods to herself. There were definitely signs of civilization down there. The question truly was, would they be welcoming? She knew the other races were already meeting with the other civilizations, thank the heavens the Mechagnomes wouldn't mess with this one given that they are...rather forefront about their negotiations. Regardless, Audrey would turn to the Helmsman.

Audrey: "Civilization abroad. Prepare to send out the signal, to notify them."

The Helmsman, adorned with just metal and a black metal face reflecting all of space and beyond, with a navy hat on complete with a blue trenchcoat, clearly an android of some kind. Nodding at Audrey's command, the Helmsman pressed a small button that slowly powered on all the front lights of the Leviant, all forming together to create a sort of signal. This signal would flash a fluorescent light blue that formed the shape of an anchor to the denizens below the planets, which would be seen as a bright blue shape of a small anchor to the planets below. Audrey saw the signal and turned to the Helmsman again.

Audrey: "Initiate the signal, 3 times and then a break period of 5 seconds."

The Helmsman pressed another button that would flash the signal 3 times, and then not shine for another 5 seconds, to notify civilization below...

It had deactivated upon capture, engines turned dead and cold the moment it had been intercepted and brought aboard the starship, but despite this appearance of seemingly inactive metal it remained capable of detecting objects of interest. One of which happened to be organic life and thus the probe activated certain protocols, a carefully protected speaker system emerging from within to begin broadcasting audio, "Identify.".

With the orders of Queen Quilla, the Karehame have prepared for a vast probing and scouting of space beyond Kinmoon, taking readings and planting... "plants", along uninhabited and even inhibited primitive worlds. They would work alongside the main government and their Indagator scouts to try and gain vast amounts of information about any and all polities abroad, by scanning radio signals, and using advanced sensors to dig up any info they could, especially for deciphering languages and other forms of linguistics for future translation, and info-dumping.

As the probe approached Mirpakian space, it would be detected by the nation's deep space scanners. A ship would be sent to rendezvous with it as soon as it crossed the border.

Five hours later, the D.S.S. Republic would meet it at the border. It would be tractor beamed into a shuttle bay and taken back to a starbase orbiting the swamp planet of Numa.

The star base personnel would take it to a lab for study. It would be put in an isolation room and scanned by several scientists.

Sweet Tooth looked at him with a frown and sighs "Well regulated reproduction is necessary to ensure survival since not only did we lose our entire male population thus reproduction to be artificial then its best ensured to not risk overpopulation and have it under control of state its not like it interfears with sexual freedom its not something we are happy with being necessary frankly if we ever decide to change our policy and take to liberating Equis we will likely end it because while we would have to outside our subspecies it should be able to create male Thestrals and undo the evil Daybreaker inflicted on us. Only reason we havent is primarily risk of civilian casulty not mention her control of the day and night cycle on the planet. Besides until not that long ago we didnt even have a planet and when you are on a ship even most basic of reasources is scarce so the population matters and to ensure the population is stable allows reasources to not be overused and cause a famine or a lack of water in order to ensure that does not happen we can not risk that. Now as for Equis it is a planet and it doesn't Daybreacker who prior to her actions that turned her into Daybreacker was known as Celestia she is a being who is either ageless or has a very long lifespan and is the subspecies of pnoy known as alicorns she does control the day night cycle on that planet our current theory on the claim of raising of the sun i that system is based on the idea the plant does not natrially have a rotation.. Their are some who think despite what other planets that have natural systems with planetary rotation and instead is has the sun orbit the planet. Regardless the entire concept of exploring that system is highly illegal while within our space its pretty much left alone and anyone trying is kept out by any means necessary frankly thats main reason why that rumor persists despite what is taught in the school system."
