As the vast world of NationStates encounters all kind of ideas, our beloved region of The Great Monarchical Nations must find a firm and grand path for it foreign relations with the vastness of regions.

That path must follow a concept that can guide and overcome the internal striffes of every region, including itself. The Solidarity Communion should be that, an idea that grants a grand path for the regions with who The Great Monarchical Nations may want to construct a common relationship.

Article I

This concept of a Solidarity Communion brings a bright and prosperous future for the foreign relationships of The Great Monarchical Nations.

It exemplifies the main values that this regions must strive for and spread: Monarchism, Distributism and Communitarianism. This communion of three values show a true common idea, solidarity towards others.

Monarchism is always at the vanguard of looking up for the long future and equity of the nation; combining this with Distributism (which strives for socio-economical equity) and with Communitarianism (which emphasizes the connection between the individual and the community); they conform a common trinity, a Solidarity Communion.

Article II

The three values of Monarchism, Distributism and Communitarianism are key for any region that wants to establish a new diplomatic relationship with The Great Monarchical Nations.

Therefore, any region that want to accomplished that objetive must abide by at least two of these three values, which are gonna be accounted under certain tags of NationStates and over any regional documentation that they may publish.

Those tags are the following ones:

- Monarchism: Monarchist.
- Distributism: Egalitarian/Industrial, Anti-Fascist and/or Anti-Communist.
- Communitarianism: Democratic/Liberal, Religious, Anti-Fascist and/or Anti-Communist.

Furthermore, The Great Monarchical Nations shall only extend the privileges established under this Organic Law to regions that exercise genuine sovereignty and independence. Regions identified as Colony or Puppet Storage, whether by NationStates regional tags or by their established function within the game, shall ordinarily be presumed not to satisfy this requirement.

Likewise, The Great Monarchical Nations declares its opposition to regions or organizations that actively promote or stand at the forefront of totalitarian ideologies, including Communism and Fascism. The presence of either the Communist, Fascist or Totalitarian regional tags, or of internal policies that resemble any kind of totalitarism in the region shall constitute sufficient grounds to determine that a region does not conform to the principles of the Solidarity Communion.

Some exceptions may be done in specifics occasions to which a region follow any of the three values.

Article III

Those regions that conform to at least two of these three values will be listed in a separate document and they will be invited to establish a common diplomatic relationship with The Great Monarchical Nations.

Article IV

Those regions that complain with this grand policy will have the exclusive following rights over their relationship with The Great Monarchical Nations:

- Right to Communicate with any member and officer of our beloved region on the Regional Message Board.
- Right to Promote their Roleplay mechanics said Regional Message Board.

Not any other rights will be granted to any other regions or any of the listed regions unless an Imperial Decree dictates it or this policy is modified by the Imperial Diet.
