Liard has just been declared ruler of Zuerst in an international press conference, the government's official stance on religion is that it is so very silly, printing out government documents requires the approval of at least three admins, and Liard claims to know what infants are thinking. Crime is a serious problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Zuerst's national animal is the bovina, which can occasionally be seen sifting through garbage in the nation's cities.
