Legate Virgil Ridgeway has just been declared ruler of Zosma in an international press conference, Zosma has designated Duhr Prime as its capital city, conductors wield diamond-encrusted batons to fit in with their freshly gilded surroundings, and it's best not to ask what goes into Duhr Prime Fried Chicken's secret blend of herbs and spices. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Zosma's national animal is the swan and its national religion is Tellurism.
