The Kingdom of Sax is a massive, cultured nation, ruled by King Anton II with a fair hand, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls, punitive income tax rates, and stringent health and safety legislation. The compassionate, democratic population of 2.017 billion Saxons hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.

Crime is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Sax's national animal is the Lion, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Evangelism.
