The Free Land of The Witch Kingdom is a colossal, cultured nation, ruled by Hekate with a fair hand, and remarkable for its rampant corporate plagiarism, free-roaming dinosaurs, and frequent executions. The hard-nosed, hard-working, democratic, cheerful population of 7.68 billion Witches live in a state of perpetual fear, as a complete breakdown of social order has led to the rise of order through biker gangs.

Crime, especially youth-related, is all-pervasive, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. The Witch Kingdom's national animal is the wyvern, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its national religion is Eleutheria.
