Convicts released after being found "wrongfully imprisoned" are surprisingly chill about the whole thing, all tariffs have been abolished, Mr Happy's Funland has just been named Stermaggero's new capital, and citizens must pay to enjoy Stermaggero's pristine beaches. Crime is a serious problem, with the police force struggling against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Stermaggero's national animal is the cow.
