The month of May will be known as St Abby Foundation Month. There maybe festivals, celebrations, and the Chief Elder will give a special joint address to all of the citizens. This will commemorate the celebration of founding, birth into the future, and honor the past, present, and future leaders of St Abby.

Executive Mandate 001-22

Due to the nature of protecting St Abbaddon, if an applying candidate for citizenship or diplomatic status, there are now additional steps that must be followed;

  1. The candidate applying for diplomatic status or citizenship (World Assembly Status in another region) must send a telegram from the WA nation to either Draganisia, Allangoria, or Stratocratic-Anarchy Oceanic Empire as a confirmation.

  2. If said nation does have World Assembly Status in St Abbaddon, they must endorse the Monarch and all Elders before processing citizenship.

  3. Active Military nations are able to work with the government. Their identity maybe protected under this mandate.

  4. All current citizens are exempted from this as of March 22, 2022.

St Abbaddon hereby recognizes it’s membership to the URA and will honor it’s obligations to the organization/alliance. This membership shall remain in effect unless voted on by the Supreme Council or rescinded by my hand.

Executive Mandate 002-24

St Abby Times newspaper is hereby recognized as the official newspaper of the region of St Abbaddon. St Abby times will be headed by the Director General who is charged with,

  1. Overseeing the day to day operations of the paper.

  2. Ensuring the paper follows a proper journalistic integrity standard that does not slander the government or any of its citizens in the region.

  3. Responsible for overseeing the staff and publishing of the paper whether in a dispatch or an app of their choice.

  4. Shall be nominated by the Dragon Emperor with the advice of the Supreme Council.

All ambassadors and dignitaries must register with the diplomatic office on discord and receive an accreditation from the Office of Chief Elder for record purposes. This will help stream line organization and communications between St Abby and an embassy region.
