The Thwungler Empire of Ziroxeut is a colossal, efficient nation, ruled by Atrio Gosduo with an iron fist, and notable for its sprawling nuclear power plants, free-roaming dinosaurs, and complete lack of prisons. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless, devout population of 9.065 billion Ziroxians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The large, corrupt, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, although Healthcare, Law & Order, and Education are also considered important. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Cellent. The average income tax rate is 82.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Ziroxeutian economy, worth a remarkable 1,495 trillion zyxes a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Ziroxeut's national animal is the radiocutter, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Murderism.
