The Revolutionary Black Republic of Nigaria is a massive, socially progressive nation, ruled by a literal black bear with a fair hand, and notable for its museums and concert halls, absence of drug laws, and devotion to social welfare. The compassionate, democratic, cheerful population of 4.063 billion Nigarians are free to do what they want with their own bodies, and vote for whomever they like in elections; if they go into business, however, they are regulated to within an inch of their lives.
The large, liberal, outspoken government juggles the competing demands of Administration, Education, and Welfare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Black Bear Central. The average income tax rate is 98.1%.
The frighteningly efficient Nigarian economy, worth 788 trillion bear coins a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector, which is highly specialized, is led by the Information Technology industry, with significant contributions from Tourism and Book Publishing. Average income is an impressive 194,016 bear coins, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.
Transgender and agender are on the education agenda, almost all of the nation's water is piped into the country from abroad for exorbitant prices, children's daycare starts at the crack of dawn, and Nigaria has one of the largest offshore wind farms in the world. Crime is totally unknown. Nigaria's national animal is the black bear, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
Nigaria is ranked 4,149th in the world and 123rd in The Communist Bloc for Safest, scoring 133.93 on the Bubble-Rapp Safety Rating.
