The Commonwealth of New Rojava is a massive, genial nation, ruled by Supreme Council of New Rojava with an even hand, and notable for its state-planned economy, devotion to social welfare, and stringent health and safety legislation. The quiet, industrious population of 1.401 billion New Rojavans enjoy extensive civil rights and enjoy a level of social equality free from the usual accompanying government corruption.

Pausing for applause during a speech is seen as a form of censorship, graffiti graces every city's streets, citizens are permitted to carry concealed handguns, and Supreme Council of New Rojava is the self-declared God of all New Rojava. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. New Rojava's national animal is the Crow, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Councilism.
