The Empire of Korrodos is a gargantuan, socially progressive nation, ruled by Emperor Rand en Karluth with an iron fist, and notable for its compulsory military service, ubiquitous missile silos, and punitive income tax rates. The hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical, humorless population of 32.098 billion Korrodosians are ruled by a mostly-benevolent dictator, who grants the populace the freedom to live their own lives but watches carefully for anyone to slip up.

The large, corrupt, well-organized government is primarily concerned with Defense, with Healthcare and Education also on the agenda, while Spirituality and Welfare are ignored. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Kor. The average income tax rate is 72.1%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The powerhouse Korrodosian economy, worth a remarkable 4,226 trillion Imperial Marks a year, is led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Book Publishing, and Woodchip Exports. Black market activity is rampant. State-owned companies are common. The government violently suppresses separatist movements, traffic cops spend most of their work-hours calculating citizens' monthly income, one-stop superstores divide and conquer family businesses, and cruel and unusual punishments are being crowdsourced. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown. Korrodos's national animal is the Korrodosian Tree Kayeman, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Korrisim.
