The Constitutional Monarchy of Great Koryeo is a colossal, orderly nation, ruled by President Yi-Won Sung with an iron fist, and remarkable for its zero percent divorce rate, ubiquitous missile silos, and sprawling nuclear power plants. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 5.417 billion Koreans are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, moralistic government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Daepyongyang. The average income tax rate is 72.0%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The frighteningly efficient Korean economy, worth 705 trillion Koryeo Won a year, is broadly diversified and led by the Arms Manufacturing industry, with significant contributions from Information Technology, Tourism, and Uranium Mining. State-owned companies are common. Average income is an impressive 130,291 Koryeo Won, and distributed extremely evenly, with little difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Jails have become colloquially known as 'vampire houses', citizens receive notices of disenfranchisement along with their parking tickets, major cities are suffering under water rationing, and a crusade against barbaric religious practices has begun. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Great Koryeo's national animal is the East Sea Dragon, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Presbyterian Christianity.
