The Republic of Hubdova is a colossal, socially progressive nation, ruled by Kristofer Heikkinen with an even hand, and remarkable for its museums and concert halls, parental licensing program, and smutty television. The compassionate, cheerful population of 7.013 billion Hubdovans are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Hubdova's national animal is the Boar, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.
