The Kingdom of Fetra is a gargantuan, cultured nation, ruled by His Majesty Andrew VI with an iron fist, and renowned for its infamous sell-swords, parental licensing program, and public floggings. The hard-nosed, cynical, humorless population of 13.102 billion Fetrans are kept under strict control by the oppressive government, which measures its success by the nation's GDP and refers to individual citizens as "human resources."
