The Empire of Justosia is a colossal, environmentally stunning nation, ruled by Emperador Carlos Francisco III with an even hand, and renowned for its frequent executions, compulsory military service, and devotion to social welfare. The hard-nosed, devout population of 7.406 billion Justosians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, corrupt government is primarily concerned with Defense, with Industry, Administration, and Law & Order also on the agenda. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Avalon. The average income tax rate is 91.9%, and even higher for the wealthy.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Justosia's national animal is the Justosian Eagle, which soars majestically through the nation's famously clear skies, and its national religion is Christianity.
