The hard-nosed, hard-working, humorless population of 10.161 billion Comecans are either ruled by a sleek, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.

The relatively small, corrupt government is primarily concerned with Defense, although Education, Industry, and Law & Order are also considered important, while Spirituality and Social Policy receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lyoko. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 46.0%.

Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Comeca's national animal is the Bald Eagle, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to toxic air pollution, and its national religion is Christianity.
