The Commonwealthist Repvblic of Bucharestian is a colossal, orderly nation, ruled by General Constantinescu with an iron fist, and renowned for its parental licensing program, sprawling nuclear power plants, and state-planned economy. The hard-nosed, cynical, devout population of 4.481 billion Oryanians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The relatively small, corrupt, moralistic, well-organized government prioritizes Defense, with Education, Law & Order, and Spirituality also on the agenda, while Social Policy and International Aid receive no funds. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Bucharestian. The average income tax rate is 22.5%, but much higher for the wealthy.

The large but inefficient Oryanian economy, worth 260 trillion RONS a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. However, for those in the know, there is a slick, highly efficient, fairly diversified black market in Arms Manufacturing, Beef-Based Agriculture, Uranium Mining, and Furniture Restoration. Buses are widely regarded as the safest way to travel, only vaccinated citizens may have free healthcare, binoculars sales are at an all-time high, and power to the people comes from the barrel of a gun. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Bucharestian's national animal is the Eagle, which can occasionally be seen dodging aircraft in the nation's cities, and its national religion is Orthodox Christianity.

Bucharestian is ranked 198,778^th in the world and 4^th in Union of Athlantis for Largest Trout Fishing Sector, scoring 378.33 on the Nemo Depletion Efficiency Index.
