The People's Republic of Bloodia2 is a colossal, safe nation, ruled by Mirosław Kaszynski with an iron fist, and renowned for its compulsory military service, ubiquitous missile silos, and irreverence towards religion. The hard-nosed, cynical population of 8.596 billion Bloodians are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings."

The large, corrupt, socially-minded, well-organized government juggles the competing demands of Defense, Law & Order, and Healthcare. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Lewkogród. The average income tax rate is 61.7%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The large but sluggish Bloodian economy, worth 238 trillion Lakerizzes a year, is driven entirely by a combination of government and state-owned industry, with private enterprise illegal. Politicians that report exaggerated crowd sizes for their speeches are dismissed for being delusional, the nation is reliant on the principle of mutually assured destruction to maintain its security, extraordinary rendition is nothing out of the ordinary, and lifeguards are stationed on the streets during rainstorms. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a very well-funded police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. Bloodia2's national animal is the Lipomir, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its national religion is Bloodian Native Faith.
