Back-alley circumcision clinics are popping up all over the nation, new religious sects are squashed immediately by the government, dog breeding has been banned in accordance with recent animal experimentation laws, and army uniforms are replaced en masse to accommodate adult soldiers. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. 0xO's national animal is the ox, which is also the nation's favorite main course, and its national religion is Oxo-ism.
