Schoolchildren on field trips are asked what torture means to them, scientists regularly clone human beings for research purposes, the tenet of free speech is held dear, and dangerous criminals are often 'accidentally' sent on one-way trips to Maxtopia. Crime, especially youth-related, is totally unknown, thanks to a capable police force and progressive social policies in education and welfare. 0oh's national animal is the Ankylosaurus.
