O Prince of Peace, once more we hear the guns
of war, once more we see the faces of
frightened children. We pray for the people of
Ukraine that they may be granted peace.
We pray for the people of Russia that they may
demand peace. We pray for our country that
we may be a positive part of peacemaking in
this world. O Prince of Peace, lead us from this
dark time to a deeper understanding of the
global human family so that all may break
bread together in the secure embrace of
peace.
Amen.

All-powerful, eternal God,
You have chosen to give mankind a model of humility;
our Savior took on our flesh, and subjected Himself to the Cross.
Grant us the grace to preserve faithfully the lessons
He has given us in his Passion and to have a share in His resurrection.
This we ask of You through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son.

Amen.

Good and Gentle God,
we pray in gratitude for our mothers and for all the women of theory who have joined with you in the wonder of bringing forth new life.
You who became human through a woman, grant to all mothers the courage they need to face the uncertain future that life with children always brings.
Give them the strength to live and to be loved in return, not perfectly, but humanly.
Give them the faithful support of husband, family and friends as they care for the physical and spiritual growth of their children.
Give them joy and delight in their children to sustain them through the trials of motherhood.
Most of all, give them the wisdom to turn to you for help when they need it most.
Amen.

O Almighty God,
Today is a day of liberation for your people in our friendly region,
Please bless and keep shining on the path they are on in their quest for liberation!
Join and guide them out of the way of torture they are facing,
Your will is eternal that may happen in the life of every individual there!

I pray for the best, may You intervene, O Lord,
The voice of Your servant stops here, but Your most just,
and most merciful hand may continue to be with them,

Behind the Words:

Life and death are in the power of the tongue, whoever likes to echo it will eat its fruit. (Proverbs 18:21)

Reporting from Psychology Today that the words received by the body will affect the brain in just seconds. As a result, the key structures in the brain that regulate memory and feelings will be affected, such as being bullied by constant negative thoughts and becoming emotional quickly. The research article also revealed that if someone speaks recklessly, says negative words or makes criticism motivated by hatred, it will cause very heavy stress to the body, even if the words are only spoken verbally in the heart.

Solomon said, "Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and whoever loves to echo it will eat of its fruit." We must realize that the words we speak have a tremendous ability to cause and relieve stress on our bodies. Not only ourselves but also other people. Positive words are used to raise enthusiasm, joy and even health and life, while negative words have a negative impact, turn off the spirit and worsen the body.

Often, we are faced with the choice of words that are comforting, encouraging, gentle, positive and caring or words that criticize, complain, disrespectful, hurtful and so on. But know that there is no word we speak that God doesn't heed. Everything we say will either contribute to advancing life or bring about death.

WE ARE THE FIRST HEARERS OF OUR WORDS.
WE ARE THE FIRST TIME TO ENJOY THE IMPACT.

Relations

"Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am, that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me, For thou lovedst me before the foundation of he world."

A friend once aid that prayer has faith in it. From a person's Prayer, we can guess the understanding of what faith he believes in and how it relates to God. This view, of course, needs to be handled carefully, so that it is not easy for us to judge someone's faith through the prayers they offer.

On the other hand, this statement is also true. From the Lord Jesus' prayer (chapter 17), we can see the understanding of the faith contained in it. You can see how His relationship with the Father is, the relationship of the Lord Jesus with the disciples, and even with people who will later believe through the disciples. We can see the Lord Jesus and the Father have loved each other since the world was not made. The Lord Jesus also invited the disciples to enter into an intimate and eternal relationship with Him, such as the Lord Jesus' relationship with God the Father, so that they could know Him personally, so that others could see Christ through them. The Lord Jesus' relationship with the Father became the basis of His relationship with the disciples, and His relationship with the disciples became the basis of the disciples' relationship with others.

God is a related God, and we are invited to enter into an intimate relationship with Him and this relationship is eternal. Let us reflect on the condition of our relationship with God, and how it affects our relationship with others. Even though our activities may be limited, we can still pray for our neighbors.

AS THE LORD JESUS PRAYS FOR THE DISCIPLES,
TO WHAT EXTENT DO WE PRAY FOR ONE ANOTHER?

God,
source of all freedom,
this day is bright with the memory of those that declared
that life and liberty are your gift to every human being.
Help us to continue a good work begun long ago.
Make our vision clear and our will strong;
that only in human solidarity will we find liberty,
and justice only in the honor that belongs to every life on earth.
Turn our hearts towards the family of nations:
to understand the ways of others,
to offer friendship,
and to find safety in the common good for all.
We ask this through Christ our Lord,
Amen

Mary, the Virgin of expectation and fulfilment,
who hold the secret of Christmas,
make us able to recognize in the Child whom you hold in your arms the heralded Saviour,
who brings hope and peace to all.
With you we worship him and trustingly say: we need You, Redeemer of man,
You who know the hopes and fears of our hearts.
Come and stay with us, Lord.
May the joy of your Nativity reach to the farthest ends of the universe.

God, Who, in Thine ineffable providence,
didst will that Thy servant Benedict
should be numbered among the high priests,
grant, we beseech Thee, that he,
who on earth held the place of Thine only-begotten Son,
may be joined forevermore to the fellowship of Thy holy
pontiffs.
Through the same Jesus Christ, Thy Son,
Who liveth and reigneth with Thee
in the unity of the Holy Ghost,
God, world without end.

Thy kingdom come,
Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven,
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us for our trespasses,

and lead us not to temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Through the intercession of Our Lady, Christ the Savior was born, so we earnestly pray:
Hail Mary full grace the Lord is with you,
Bless you, amongst the women,

All Powerful God,
We honor today those men and women—
Our sons and daughters,
Husbands and wives,
Fathers, brothers, sisters, mothers—
Who have laid down their lives for their country.

Loving Lord, bless them forever in Your eternal peace.
Let the sounds of strife, the cries of battle, the wounds of war
be calmed for all eternity in Your loving and endless grace.
Let these great warriors find rest at last,
Ever reminded that we who are left behind
Cherish their spirit, honor their commitment,
send them our love,
and will never forget the service that they gave.

Amen.
