See what they should have done is announce (in advance) they'll be lifting mask mandates once we reach 70% eligible vaccinations (or whatever a good target is). Give an easy to understand goal for those too hesitant or too stupid
I'm still wearing mine in public + walking around at work until people tell me I need to stop because it doesn't noticeably inconvenience me in any way, shape, or form

Just a few questions: 1) Is the king both head of state and government? 2) Does the Privy Council also function as the Cabinet? 3) Do you have a Prime Minister or Chancellor or does the King perform this duty as well?
1) The king is the head of state, and the prime minister is head of government. 2) Cabinet members are all on the Privy Council but not the other way around. 3) See question No.1
The reason why these questions aren't answered is because I based my constitution off of the Canadian constitution, which makes no reference to the office of the prime minister or the cabinet. The reason I think it is this way is because the PM and cabinet were more informal when the Canadian constitution was adopted. Being based off of the British Westminster system, both roles evolved into what they are now instead of being legislated into existence. However, I'll definitely consider adding clauses about both if you think it would make it more realistic -- especially considering it was adopted just over 100 years after the Canadian constitution.
I think I will continue to do that as well even after I have been vaccinated (my husband got his invitation last week so I could be up as well soon). Some restrictions will be ended in Luxembourg as of tomorrow but already people are behaving as if the crisis is over and dealt with. I think I might be needing to wear a mask in public as long as there are stupid people - which means forever.
Constitutions are suppose to be guidelines to limit and establish government, Great Britain doesn't have one at all, yours is fine as long as it works for your people.
What kind of hearts? I must not have logged in for too long :o But they're fighting in Israel and Palestine so that's probably the vengeful duolingo owl's doing...
Quite well written, and, despite short, it covers pretty much all that is needed, I would assume that Serpens Land would be subject to a high number of Constitutional Case-law and Consuetudinary norms due to that, especially on the rights on Part VI (just as an example, on 33.(d.) I would say your Courts could interpret that as including the right to create and join trade unions and to collective bargaining, and (d.)+(c.) with the right to strike).
