Depending on the politics of the conflict, I'm sure Altera could supply certain types of arms. Would fit in nicely with Ryansan's agenda to expand our influence.

The Army uses Guns mostly, since they don't do that much damage to the enviorment. However the Modernists use bombs and planes a lot.

Wow, I just realized I have no bordering countries. This is gonna be tough

I dunno if you know, but there are these things called planes that can fly over borders as borders are simply a human construct.

What sides are fighting, also how much money do both sides have. No reason to let a good war go to waste in terms of profit margins

Did this. Was it a worthy investment? Maybe not.

Reading the dispatch, I think Altera would prefer to side with the ruling powers (status quo is usually the most profitable and risk free), so we'd be able to sell some limited numbers of aircraft and weapons to help balance the power. Of course, sending a pilot training force to train loyalists if needed to. Who's to say some of the Alteran pilots might accidentally find themselves fighting the Moderists. >.>'

Sides: Modernists and Enchantan military. As far as money, I never thought that part through. Any help?

If you want to protect the environment, best not to use guns. The noise they cause disrupts wildlife and their smoke pollutes the air. Best to go back to spears. You only have to whittle a few trees and use a carved stone as a tip. Much more environmentally friendly.

But if you want an effective soldier, you might want to decide what kind of guns. Are we talking flintlocks? Muskets? Spencer repeating rifles? Bolt action rifles? SAWs? Do they have artillery? Air support? I mean, if a bunch of terrorists using tear gas can paralyze your nation in fear, how modern is your army? If they use "guns" and that's all the thinking they put into it, the modernists may just be people trying to bring Enchanta into the 20th century, let alone the 21st...

If you want to set up a military budget, send me a TG and I'll be glad to help.

I have 3 cousins in the military and I didn't understand a word you said. And the military is pretty modern, just defensive and pacifist so they don't really expect this kind of stuff.
