More than that, overtraining, fasting, undersleeping, and dehydrating themselves simultaneously could be fatal. Overtraining strains the heart and muscles, risking permanent damage. Undersleeping could worsen those strains, and all that calorie consumption with no intake could cause starvation. My biggest concern would be the dehydration.

If you've had symptoms somewhat regularly for two weeks or longer, in absence of other possible causes (grief, seasonal affective disorder, etc), then I would suggest you speak to a professional.

Well here’s the thing, I looked at symptoms of chronic depression, and one of them was being really tired during day and not getting any sleep at night, and that’s definitely something I have. But I’ve also had it since I was 3

It isn’t, it’s a confusing situation. Sometimes I just randomly cry, but the only reason I cry is cuz I can’t go on my computer (computer is banned during school week a stupid rule if you ask me cuz my grades better with pc than without it) another symptom is not wanting to be with your family which is definitely something I have. I don’t know what it could possibly be, it could be from computer, life, school, parents, waiting, or a lot of other stuf
