It is necessary though, because, as said in one of the region dispatches, it clogs up the RMB and prevents others from having meaningful conversations.

You can have as many nations in the region as you want, same goes for the game at large. However, only one of them is allowed to be within the World Assembly.

When it comes to RMB moderation, so long as you don't talk to yourself on the RMB we don't care.
