The first 3 points are undoubtedly good, BUT this is what should be the default. This should not be emphasized. As for the 4 points. God. The mere mention of depression makes me despise. It's so pathetic. It's not easy to explain, contempt turns into hatred. A person must be strong in spirit. I despise mental weakness.

The ideal world you described is just a perishable existence, more suitable for animals. People have ambitions.

Seriously, I can't admit the very existence of psychological problems. I have never experienced anything like this, I did not admit the possibility of this. How can someone be psychologically broken? I am strong, everyone is weak.
