Resolution Analysis ``` Overview This resolution proposal focuses on "bycatch" in fishing, which it defines very specifically (and we quote) "the unintentional capture of non-target marine creatures during fishing aimed at specific target species, that is not followed by the return of the creature to its ecological habitat intact and without being maimed or killed in the process". The proposal puts in place certain measures to restrain and avoid bycatch.
Recommendation This is a fairly low-scope, precise legislation which carefully addresses a specific problem and helps in biodiversity and the health of various marine lifeforms. Although our preferences would be for broader resolutions that consolidate several issues into a single resolution (such as combining several fishing related resolutions into a single one), we have no principled objection towards having a specific resolution to resolve a very specific issue.
For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote For the at-vote GA resolution, "Reducing Bycatch". ```

Resolution Analysis Overview This resolution proposal is seeking to make a declaration regarding slavery, in which the resolution proposal implores the SC to continue to "condemn nations for employing the practice of slavery".
Recommendation The irony is not lost on this Ministry that the purpose of this resolution proposal is, um, largely for raider-defender operational reasons. Using the topic of slavery for queue stuffing is in our view particularly tasteless. There really isn't anything further to elaborate on.
For the above reasons, the Ministry of World Assembly Affairs recommends a vote Against the at-vote SC resolution, "Declaration on Slavery and Its Violence".
News rung that 4 of the 5 men had returned to Izern, with the other refusing to go. As they left Ticharean Airport, they were greeted with crowds of civilians, celebrating their hard work and dedication in Varjeiga. But the 4 men didn't stay there for long, as they were willing to be deployed back in Varjeiga straight away, an act commended by Hermade himself. But it wasn't all sunshine and happiness all around, as Hermade received some startling news that thousands of Izernians were being deported for being "suspicious". Not only that but he was fully aware of Osklandic spies looming around the entirety of Izern. Such actions from Oskland must be retaliated and with force if necessary. Later that day, Hermade announced that all Osklandoc citizens will be deported out of the country to try and counter the spy problem. Furthermore, everyone who tries to enter with an Osklandic passport will be refused entry into Izern, and anyone who tries to enter illegally will be intercepted by the increased presence of Izernian Patrol Boats. Finally, Izern will be sending 12,000 more men, including 20 Tanks, to Varjeiga. Hermade knew what Oskland had done has made the Izernian objective in Varjeiga to take the entire island, and now this is evident. To ensure Oskland knew about this new change, Hermade sent a letter to Mr Aleski saying:
"Greetings, you son of a b***h, Firstly, thanks for bringing my men home, and secondly, shame on you for deporting Izernians out of your country. This is an act that we find, quite frankly, disgusting, and the world should know of these actions. So, we will not be negotiating peace no more as that is just off the table, and we will be increasing Military presence in Varjeiga, Along with deporting your people as well, to see how you like that. Any concerns please send to the ministry of foreign affairs, but theyd likely do nothing at all. -Jaol Hermade-
