The Republic of IC-Water, also known as the Right Wing Utopian Republic of IC-Water, or for short IC-Water (Infinite Crafts-Water) is a large, in terms of population, efficient nation, in terms of economy, in Strangereal Roleplay. It is renowned for its public floggings, a type of punishment, irreverence towards religion, causing it to make the country atheist, and spontaneously combusting cars, causing its important ranks for people to be not good. The hard-nosed, hard-working population of an estimate of 56 million (unofficial census) IC-Waterians are free to succeed or fail in life on their own merits; the successful tend to enjoy an opulent (but moralistic) lifestyle, while the failures can be seen crowding out most jails. The medium-sized government prioritizes Industry, with Law & Order, Defense, and Healthcare also on the agenda, while Spirituality, which turned the country to atheist and Welfare are ignored. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 15.7%, which is low, making it have a high freedom of tax. The powerhouse IC-Waterian economy, worth 3.02 trillion Waters a year, is quite specialized and led by the Retail industry, scoring 11k, with significant contributions from Pizza Delivery, scoring 6k, Soda Sales, also scoring 6k, and Automobile Manufacturing, scoring 3k. Black market activity is notable, as it has 100b. Average income is 53,961 Waters, but there is a large disparity between incomes, with the richest 10% of citizens earning 215,847 per year while the poor average 9,060, a ratio of 23.8 to 1, which is high. Recent issues show that sports journals are full of uplifting puff-pieces on professional boxers, people experiencing anaphylactic shock are told to buck their ideas up, rioting and unrest sweep the nation, and euthanasia is legal. Crime, especially youth-related, is a major problem, as it grew to 2 recently, perhaps because of the country's complete lack of prisons. IC-Water's national animal is the Goldfish, due to it being a popular water animal, which is also the nation's favorite main course, called the "Sauteed Goldfish", which is served to 7 michelin restaurants, one of the lowest in SR. IC-Water plans to ally with lots of nation soon, as it is a new country, but so far, there's no allies yet. Since the country is also newly created, there's no enemies of IC-Water, or nations that has bad relations with IC-Water, also meaning that IC-Water is not at war. In SR, IC-Water is a right-wing utopian republic in the continent of Verusa, bordering the countries Prathia and Wellesley, and the Tsyemny Sea, but is debated to border Akharan Isles but has been debunked due to the ownership of Armatas. No area has been stated, due to unknown reasons.

Factories were created during the Factorial era of IC-Water, the current era of IC-Water since 1853. The old name was just The Republic of Water, naming it because water is present in the Tsyemny Sea, which is super near the land of IC-Water. There were many factories built, such as the SB, a gaming factory, SBW, a fanbase factory, XM, a comic factory, LB, a bus factory, FSF, a fire and rocket factory, GAMTV, a gaming, movie and tv factory, WSD, a wiki starting factory, DBD, a social media factory, SRTE, an economics, art and science factory, EV, a source of graffiti and historical factory and IC, another gaming factory. IC-Water built LB first in 1854, then Stan Jack Lee planned the building of XM in 1963, which was done on the same year, then they built Fandom first in 2004, planned by Jim Wales, then WSD, DBD, SRTE, EV, and GAMTV on 2005, then SB and SBW on 2021, and IC on 2024. The first element shown was Water, so they named it IC-Water. There is also a current conflict between the Factory Party and the IC-Water's Tsyemny Party on the history of the etymology of IC-Water's name, as "Water" is debated to be from the element or from the liquids in Tsyemny Sea, as it was the nearest body of water. This caused the current civil war in Northwestern IC-Water. Though IC has got the IC in IC-Water, the Tsyemny Party got their body of water in IC-Water, they still could not share their claims. They once planned to whoever is older takes it, making Tsyemny older than IC, but it was still rigged as their leader, Tencella Jimmy, still wanted ownership to the name. Treaty has once been settled at the start of February of 2024, but was broken this year on March, after declaring war on each other after the recent party elections, where the Factory Party had won while the Tsyemny Party going 2nd, causing more civil unrest in the Northwest of IC-Water. Recent lawsuits happened on April 2024, after both parties were sued by each other. The case will be happening on June 2024, and the Etymology Party is confused to give the ownership to.

During the Time Era, which was 6,000 years ago, many fossils that looked like dinosaurs, flowers, animals and more were found that came from the Precambrian era and from 13,000 BC, by many people, according to historian Ha Thappe (1935-1976). During the Time Era, they believed that time depends on the moon, creating the LC, also known as Lunar Calendar, or Moon Calendar in IC-Water. The only difference is that in the first year, with 353, then the 2nd year, it with 354, then the third year with 355, then the fourth year with 364, then the fifth year with 365, then the sixth year with 366, then the seventh year with 368, then the eighth year with 369, then the ninth year with 370, then the tenth year with 383, then the eleventh year with 384, then the twelfth year with 385,and the thirteenth year is the Lunar Leap Year, making it have 386. The 13 years are called the 13 Lunar Years. The 12 years mean that for the 1st to 3rd year, the moon will appear in the sky every January, with the term "Low Lunar", then the 4th to 6th year, the Lunar New Year is celebrated on February, with the term "Center Lunar", then the 7th to 9th year, it is the "Averalunar", because 354 and 384's average is 369, and the 10th to 12th year, is the Triple Lantern Years, as the Lantern festival happens every March for IC-Water, and its term is named "High Lunar". The 13th year is the leap year, with its term "Lunar Leap". If it is the 14th year, it is the 1st year, repeating the cycle. The discovery of -infinity was found during the time era by mathematicians in IC-Water. They also invented the language "Waterian", known for creating English such as "what", that came from the Waterian word meaning "asking": hwət (hwet) "hwət waa yôorhat?", in a similar Chinese accent. Soon after that, astronomy was founded due to the Earth's revolution, so during that time, we could see IC-Waterian constellations, such as the popular ones like Orionna Hunter Constellation, named after an astronomic named Orionna Hunter (1949-2005), which used to be called the Norio Constellation, which before that too, it was unnamed and was labeled as C1. In between 2000-2900 BC, Lunisolar calendars were shown and to now have only 131 days per year in the IC-Water perspective, but in between 1600-1900 BC, it was gone after the first Lunarian and Solarian war in IC-Water, in which the Lunarians won, bringing back the current Lunar Calendar (IC-Water version). In 1500 BC estimate, hourglasses were invented, then in 1000 BC, the sundials were created. Soon in 900 BC, mathematics learned about time and invented seconds to fix the timing incident in 800 BC. In 700 BC, clocks were invented, making IC-Water become the country of time and physics. Soon, the Lunisolar Union was made in 600 BC, and they created a series of punishments, such as the current punishments such as flogging, and invented the slapping machine. At the same time, there was a code of laws named "Code of Lunisolar" or in Waterian, "kōdsīfər və Lunisolar", which if people were to break the laws, they would be flogged or get slapped many times by the machine. This was made by the first recorded and confirmed/verified leaders of IC-Water, King Luni, god of time, and Queen Solaria. In 500 BC, a country named Britannia took ever Lunisolar Union, and made it fall down, causing the assassination of Luni and the assassination of Solaria. Britannia became a country in IC-Water lands and made new laws, if not followed then you would be killed by the order of the King Rennes. Soon, due to that, in 495-490 BC, it fell, making it empty for now, till 480-475 BC, where a new country named Nantessia, where it created the public flogging, as before it was private. In 450 BC, religions were created, such as Scientific religions, where it talks about time, physics and atmosphere. It renamed it to Marnimostra, named after the next king, King Marnimostra. In 400 BC, it fell, and the Lunisolar Union came back with Luni and Solaria's grandchild, King Luni III. It fell soon after the rule of Queen Solaria IV in 300 BC, after the country of Monaturina took over, and invented more punishments such as the Double Breaker, where people stone you and break bottles at you, where in 291 BC, a criminal died due to that, and in 242 BC, when the king of Monaturina, King Ligurio, got assassinated. Soon in 175 BC, after the rule of King Genova, it fell and a new country with the ruling of King Emilio and Queen Romana and their family in Triestia, where the capital was named Sfasefagam, and fell in 5 AD. King Romeo of the country Laziano, named the capital Tavawasa, and it fell in 90 AD during his long reign after his death at the age of an alleged 111. Then the religion of Science started falling during 100 AD to 600 AD, during the long-living country of Payarisse, where the family of King Guia and Queen Martimayara ruled, and then in 605 AD, Islam was spread, making a new caliphate named Tolosse Caliphate, where Emir Al-Pyrenne adopted DST and timezones. After being long-lived, in 710 AD, it fell into the hands of Pobartina, a country ruled by King Kaldona, and he adopted the Gregorian and Julian calendars, then the Lunarians declared war once again in 715 AD and won, abandoning these. Due to that, in 725 AD, it fell. In 726, the Adelian Monarchy was made, ruled by King Krozeleno and Queen Paula. In 727, they were both abdicated and ousted, now being ruled by the country of Ambassai, ruled by King Adieu and Queen Oiribajadanata, a tribal Waterian name. In 730, they fell due to civil wars, being controlled by Wellesley till 731, then a new country named Troppermien, took over with King Finiko and Queen Codarma. During that time, in 735-756, there were 10 administrative divisions being created, Ilev, Mancalorse, Padak da Sommarma, Mehmaurham das Movabah, Norhaugrand, Ubelgerasis, Ladhamadal, Vemel Maysar, Nacharent, and Margilana. In 1468, it fell and the next country was the country of Raldia. Instead of having 10 A.D.'s, it had 14 instead, one special, one capital, and one autonomous and independent.
