Some Greens are socialist. The current Green presidential nominee in the States, for example, or the Left Greens in Iceland. It's far from required, however; socialism is not among the Green movement's "ten key values." Most Greens are probably best classified as social democrats.

Green economics is emphasized instead of socialism. I believe it entails community based markets. The right to private property is still a legally enforced right so I believe this element still makes it capitalistic. However, as the forests and rivers are usually publicly owned, it should necessitate government protection over it. But as we can very well see, government protection of the environment especially in developing countries usually falls flat of green ideals and due to corruption and profit, those environments are under threat of pollution and its ecosystems eradicated. Governments can't solve the issue of global environmental degradation and neither can corporations nor "consumers".

So what are we left with?

Media narratives about China endanger world peace:
The Trump administration relentlessly slanders the country, as a quick look at Secretary of State Mike Pompeo’s Twitter page will show you. But that should lead to an important question: Why now? All of these stories focused on China are not new, they’ve been off-and-on stories for years. So why the sudden spotlight on them, when so many important things are happening here in the United States and elsewhere around the world?

--I WAS going to make a self-deprecating joke about Juvena's reclassification, but "narratives... threaten world peace" sounds like a threat coming from a State-Capitalist Second-Wave-Imperialist-Throwback Ethnostate which uses large amounts of expropriated capital as leverage to shut down free expression in my country and around the world.
--Tibet's finished as an in-situ cultural entity; the Uighurs and their neighbors are in the middle of being Han-washed, and the forced Mandarinization of occupied Mongolia is beginning. With the swelling ethnocides of colonized minorities, the Xi Clíc has added the histories of Anglophone attempts to delete First Nations cultures and forced Eugenics to that of 19th-Century imperialism on the shelf for operating manuals, not where they belong with other objects of shame. "Socialism with unique Chinese characteristics" became 'The Chinese Empire with unique Socialist characteristics' by the time I studied the matter in 2008. Subverted by the Xi Clíc, those unique characteristics now clearly 'National Socialist'.

There are "eco-socialist" greens, generally being more libertarian and having a much greater focus on the environment.

However, green parties are generally quite middle-class due to their less "materialist" values. Green parties in the developed world generally have more socialistic policies than mainstream parties, but are usually fine working with social-democratic or right wing parties as long as they get concessions on the environment.

Denver SWAT raided PSL and BLM organizers charged them on felonies with kidnapping:
Today, on September 17th, in Denver, Colorado, law enforcement units arrested several lead organizers of the mass anti-racist protest movement that has been on the streets demanding justice for Elijah McClain and other victims of police brutality. This morning, Russell Ruch was arrested while in a parking lot at a Home Depot. An hour later, five police cars surrounded and arrested Lillian House while she was driving. This afternoon, S.W.A.T. teams arrived at Joel Northam’s home and arrested him. As we are writing, we have just learned that Eliza Lucero has also been arrested. All four are members of the Party for Socialism and Liberation. There may be others who have been arrested.

Well, it depends. There is a large eco-socialist movement (especially in Scandinavia and the US Green Party), but a good amount of greens are centre-left Socdems. I myself am an eco-socialist. (And we don’t talk about green liberals.)
