With the recent conflicts around the world and collapse of the Kalranian Stability Initiative, the Lirana Rijk has decided the best action for Imperial security would be to enter the extrakalranian field. As such, first stage construction has begun on the remote Kukekujuline peninsula in North Liranaholm, of a site to host launches and mission control. In the meantime, top Lirana physicists, mechanics, engineers and biologists, among others, have been hired to help plan the craft for possible human transport and definite satellite transport, while architects are to design the launch station as is necessary.

The results had been counted twice and checked for corruption, duplication, and fraud. The Election of 2209 concluded with Chinatsu Laevina of the Shipbuilder's Union taking the presidency. Largely to no surprise to the general public, the Viper of Nakasato now leads the country with her promises to expand the shipyards beyond their already impressive capabilities.

RP: The Shipyards

The very next day, President Laevina rerouted a large amount of the military funding, towards infrastructure development within the docks themselves. The funding, previously heading towards mass submarine development, was withdrawn from the construction effort and instead directed towards making the docks more efficient, opening up new building slots and linking the drydocks to the warehouses and to the national STUM system. Additionally, President Laevina has opened the dockyards to foreign contracts should the need arise. Furthermore, the Logistics Union under the Umbrella of the Traksport Union, has launched the "Internationale Freighter Company" or IFC for short. Utilizing their mixed fleet of airships and sea-faring cargo haulers, obtained from Traksport itself, the company turns to the nearest nations in hopes of launchpadding itself as the best logistical Cargo Hauler globally.

RP: The Needle
The Averius government has just authorized the construction of a proposed one kilometer tall tower. This tower will contain 213 floors of various residential suites, commercial offices, and other services. It is expected that the tower, once completed, shall play host to a Averius Stock Exchange. This is suspected due to the passage of a recent law that allows Averius citizens to purchase stocks and other forms of ownership stakes in foreign businesses and services. The construction time for the tower is expected to be 8 years, granting enough time to arrange access to foreign financial markets. The new tower has not been officially named but has been designated "the Needle" as a placeholder name until an official name can be determined.

Ryuvir acknowledges the invitation, after a short discussion with the cabinet Prime Minister Chu Hua shall arrive in Serdica by Plane. as this is the first State visit to Sunkai by Ryuvir, Due to certain concerns it will be known that the Prime Minister will be accompanied by additional body guards from the Ryuviri Millelith.

RP: bridging the gap

Terrific news! The silver islesian government has collected enough money for its largest construction project yet, the steelforge bridge. This bridge will, after it’s 2 year construction time, connect both Kalu and Ötantio. The bridge will start at the two closest cities between the islands, Gurlingberge in north Kalu and Druit in west Ötantio. The bridge will be one of the largest in Duotou, creating a real national treasure in the process.

Scientists from other nations will be accepted into the planning department for the fact that the silver isles is still a new nation, our scientific community is not as developed as other nations.

Weccandia's request into the Silver Sphere has been approved and are eligible for the services available to members including but not to:
- infrastructural development
- financial investment and loan services
- military acquisitions of material, training and organization
- guaranteed sovereignty from foreign powers

RP: Naval development - cutting corners
The Ministry of Defense has reviewed the submissions for the Heavy Cruiser and Battleship contracts and have decided, with the planned ships serving much of the same role within the fleet and the Scylla class still being effective in it's own role projected for decades to come with little more than an upgrade package, the two requests will be folded together to fill the role of what is to be called a Super heavy cruiser. The chosen class of ship is deemed the 'Titaness' class' commissioned by Northstar Shipworks - the design faze is to give way to the laying of the first hulls of which there will be 3 in the first batch.

Similar progress has been made with the 'Nova Class' escort destroyer, 'Perseus Class' multirole frigate, and 'Republic Class' escort aircraft carrier- the nation's first carrier class

RP: Sovereign Coalition Dissolved
Iasi, Rumania - Rumanian Ambassador to the SC, Cosmina Pacuraru, has announced the end of the Sovereign Coalition in a press conference in Iasi. The decision to dissolve the alliance came after the end of the KSI, the main threat which the SC served to counter. With the KSI gone the leaders of the SC have agreed to dissolve the alliance rather than reform or shift the purpose of the alliance. The end of the SC, as well as the KSI, marks an end to an era in which Kalranian geopolitics which saw the globe coalesce largely around two, and at one point three, major alliances.

RP: Diplomatic Success
The Diplomatic meeting between Averius and Werewolf Island diplomats has concluded and is deemed a great success. Diplomatic relations and trade were discussed in this meeting, resulting in beneficial deals for both sides. In addition, railroad, highway, and internet infrastructure connections between the nations was also discussed. Many beneficial arrangements have been made during this meeting. The government has begun work to fulfil its side of the deals made at the meeting almost immediately after the Averius diplomatic representatives returned to the capital city.

About five years have passed since King Corin developed health issues. Though his condition has nearly vanished, the lingering weakness that has afflicted the King has led him to announce his abdication as active monarch. His regent and daughter, Princess Dawn, will fully adopt the title of Queen and will serve as the sole monarch. Representatives from nations across the world are invited to attend her coronation ceremony, especially representatives from long time Allies like the Rumanian States, the Archron empire, and Cenagrad.

Once again, a group of Weccandian hikers discovered a sentient species living in the Shibe Mountains. Dubbed the Wenlandi, these fox-people live on the Northern Plateau and are currently in what is believed to be their equivalent of the Bronze Age. The Department for Non-Human Relations has opted to keep a "Stay away and observe from afar" status, creating the first and hopefully last "Sapient Species Reserve" to help keep this species undisturbed until it is decided that the time has come for first contact. Currently, the League of Weccandian Linguists are observing their language and rudimentary written script to help communicate when the time comes.

It is observed that this species is advancing very fast, and is predicted to reach the minimum threshold for first contact in just a few years. However, their advance has been slowing lately, so it is unknown if they will reach the threshold near the time predicted. The Department of Non-Human Relations has also considered entering first contact early very soon after the LWL has deciphered the language and help advance them very fast and attempt to assimilate them into Weccandian society in a new "non-human town" on the Northern Plateau. This plan is being seriously considered after the New Weccandia Party, a party with the stance that Weccandia should give local non-humans another chance has entered majority in Parliament with a coalition with the United Labor Party.

The years had gone by smoothly in the Seibalath, the little conflicts going all around the Tull Archipelago have been reduced to petty quarrels and disputes about administrative duties. In the end, it could be said that the worst had passed, and the region over all is better than it has been decades ago. In 2175, right after the three-year long Seibalathian Civil War, the island and its connected mainland region was split between nine occupiers, the largest of them being the Liranaholm, and their KSI allies that participated in the partition. Ceolan was the first of the states to gain its independence, formerly a protectorate of Midribbonia, it became the beacon from which everybody's dreams of sovereignty gathered. The region has undergone multiple trials, from the post-war rehabilitation that followed initially, the druid guerillas of medievalistic wizards terrorizing the countryside, the Human Worker's League made up of fascist humanists, and the great hunger that came with the asteroid ZAKU, with a famine ravaging the entire area. The final chapters of the colonial era would start with the promises of independence by the Lirana Rjiksterritorien, the largest colony consisting of more than 60% of the Seibalath, and the Ceolanese-Lentelan war that ultimately resulted in a stalemate with the intervention of the Rhineland Republic. Both benevolent and horrifiying acts have been committed either under the name of ideology, survival, or money.

In under five decades, the Seibalath went from a medieval confederacy of states in Kuros, known for its myths and fantasies, into a modern state backed by knowledge and technology. The adoption of foreign ideas started way back during the reign of Phatrek Selmundo Alva, the former leader of Lentelan, whom had seen the wonders of the outside world, where everybody lived quite much like those in the stories of utopias. It was an impossible dream for him to accomplish peacefully, and the discovery of the gun rapidly destabilized the social structure of the old, resulting in the civil war that destroyed most of the confederacy. Instead of bringing prosperity, it brought an industrialized version of suffering to all the inhabitants of the archipelago, countless lives were lost for the acquisition of contemporary technologies, and many still question whether it was worth it or not.

Invitations and background negotiations for the Native Congress have been set, and will now occur in February 20. All native leaders of the Seibalath, from the Alvas of Lentelan, the Saaltzun of the Milencian Territories, the Chiefs of Rorfreth and Hudyaria, the Sicher of the Windsaar, the Tershen Necrocracy, and the Interim government of Ceolan. The meeting will discuss the re-establishment of the confederacy known as the Seibalath, once destroyed in the aftermath of the civil war, will be recreated as one united national identity. Other topics will be discussed about the independence of the states from their respective occupiers, the laws that will be made, and the question of "who rules what?". It will be held in the city of Ilimir, an underground mountain-city occupied by Liranaholm and their Ratfolk collaborators.

RP: A visitation

Recieving news of the native congress, Lirana Princesa Liina Feylani would travel out to Ilimir in order to take a seat at the discussions. Given her recent acceptance as a head of state in the Rijksterritorien Dei Seia, it was seen as only wise that she take her seat and join in the negotiations, as to not miss out on influencing the Kurosian neighbour of Liranaholm.

The Ministry of Defense has announced that the Novayan Federation Armed Forces will be holding a military exercise west of the Morales Metropolitan Area. The name of the military exercises, codenamed Blue Diamond, was to foster unity and coordination with the various constituent militaries - the Novayan Armed Forces, Saiyanese Armed Forces, Nova Roman Armed Forces, Gallian Royal Armed Forces, Katraissauan National Defense Forces, Novikan Armed Forces, and Selanian Self-Defense Forces - that made up the Federation Armed Forces.

Wheeled and vine-legged carts and khartbas gather at borderlands. Scouting balloons rope in with the convoys to lead them forth. Men and women of all sorts, seeking the future, join and sign on. In all directions from the Pomerium, Imperial convoys set out on journeys of exploration, discovery, and, under the will of the Imperium, friendship and progress.

Following simple string instruments and faint singing, the green, purple, and red light-lit convoy moves into lands unknown.

Out of the northwesternmost Cherrywoods patch of Saint Aul'sem, a procession of foot, wheel, and vine departs on the general orders of the Patched King. Like many other outwardly-exploring caravans, the Saint Aul'sem-borne band—with its accompaniment of soldiers, clerics, scientists, and merryfolk—seeks discoveries on the fronts of science and historical significance. Alongside the general objectives of mapping out the exterior of the Pomerium, as well as recording potential creatures and civilizations, specific objectives have been passed down from on High; the Faith has requested investigation as to the existence and status of a purported artifact of the time of the Doluman; a great Magius entity said to be of the land recorded as C'los.

RP: The mini city of Garon

If entering into Celosia Hold Province Western side the area would boast large rolling hills coming off of the grand mountain much farther to the West. The convoy would find a route close to a river offering an more even terrain for their wagons. If choosing to take the easier path through they would begin to see a number of well tended orchard groves the further south they traveled. Several of the tree would have odd looking oversized baskets grouped together could be seen hanging on a few higher up branches some offering a pale low blue light coming off of them. Nearing a small hill overlooking a slight bend in the river the group would find it to be covered in a number of miniature structures. Most of the "doors" looked to be on the second or third levels of the building with the entrance inside to be less then 48cms in height. A group of fluffy looking winged insects would soon near the group of outsiders. They would be wearing simple outfits of varied colours, but all of them would have some form of eye protection against bright lights.

RP: Some Help [secret to all but Dwarf land4]

The DNHR has been trying to catch a live Wenlandi specimen for a couple of weeks, and unfortunately, most attempts have failed. So, to help catch a specimen, the Weccandians called the masters of catching things and putting them in glass boxes- the people of Dwarf Land4. If Dwarf Land4 agrees, a small team of captors would be transported to Weccandia on a small plane to an airfield about 30 miles west of Border Town. The captors would catch a live specimen, and then they would take the plane back to Dwarf Land4. All data from the research would be shared with Dwarf Land4, if the deal is agreed to. These terms are flexible, of course, but the captors cannot travel through a populated area in Weccandia because of the non-human travel ban.
