The Iranian Army

The Iranian Attack began on November 16th 1973
The Iranians managed to push until they reached Baghdad but when the Egyptian Army arrived the Egyptian Armor and Airforce crushed them and pushed them to the southern Iranian Coast where the war devolved into trench warfare

The Iranians resorted to using chemical weapons which forced us to retaliate with using our own Chemical weapons
And due to the Irani tactics of child soldiers and killing of Medics got them shunned by the UN and made the International community support us even more

The Iranians held for 13 Months and 9 days until they lost the war due to them running out of ammunition because we bombed all of their military complexes with the aid of the USSR

Iran lost its oil fields in the south to Iraq and its government replaced with a Pro Egypt one because the USSR didnt want it to become pro west and the US didnt want it to become pro East so they allowed us as a non-aligned nation to become their supervisors
