A coordinated assault with Shavara , working from Danelaw down to Bithia, is optimal. After the fact, an expansion of Enclave and Dreshand shall be enacted, as well as partitions, and capture of assets to be distributed.
Suggested strategy ; Due to USSR loyalty to HUR's alliance, first strike potential, and Merlovichan increased presence in the region is suggested. Militarization of Dreshand and Enclave is further recommended.
