Imperial Office of Internal Affairs Military Dispatch COMBINED MILITARY OPERATION RECOMMENDATION To the attention of; The sanada clan Vultuca Greater felter Arpino Merlovich The remnant of the enclave Dreshand PROPOSAL Noting; The reliance on overwhelming firepower hegemony by the empire, in order to ensure security and safety. As well as the rise of the HUR's alliance (recently became cannon, target of the previous war dec) and it's links with the Germanic Confederation. Noting as well, aggressive actions by it's members, and recent military actions and hinted actions among them. Noting also, that the HUR's alliance and German Confederation nearly match the Charitian empire in members, (though many are not in the timeline.) Suggesting; That military annexation, and crippling of these nascent alliances by an overwhelming and powerful first strike, is the most strategically advantageous option. Extreme military presence, and fortifications in Dreshand and The remnant of the enclave, from the crusade era will be most useful. A coordinated assault with Shavara, working from Danelaw down to Bithia, is optimal. After the fact, an expansion of Enclave and Dreshand shall be enacted, as well as partitions, and capture of assets to be distributed. Suggested strategy; Due to USSR loyalty to HUR's alliance, first strike potential, and Merlovichan increased presence in the region is suggested. Militarization of Dreshand and Enclave is further recommended. Pulling naval forces together, for a crippling first battle on the waves, in conjunction with the Charitian nonscion defense fleet, will be crucial. Military battles must be short and decisive, with pooled militaries and rapid response times. Military preparedness excersizes, and logistics buildups are recommended in preparation for this excersize.
