From behind rubble and the now gapping holes in the defensive wall, the raiders begin firing at the marines' transports, either with bolt action rifles or bows, as well as the mines in order to cause them to detonate when a transport attempts to steer away. They have dug in.
Meanwhile the AA defenses have all but fallen, however those closest to the coastline are still holding, with CESTs being slowly overrun by the retreating raiders. A raider in one of the remaining towers notches an arrow, and fires at the one CESTs she can clearly see. It hits just below the scratch wound. If the CEST lives, it will be quite the souvenir.
The occasional maneuver from the CESTs in the center of the city keep them alive. When a building gets overwhelmed, the raiders decide to torch it when they can. Those near the administrative complex are dealing with the worst, with explosive grenades being hurled at them from the raider elite. However, one explosive manages to break open a section of sewer, providing an opening that the raiders can't see from their vantage point. The raiders however, are still heading towards the center of the city, and those that are unluckily far from that sewer tunnel will have to deal with being flanked.
The raiders at the land perimeter of the port continue to fall one by one, and have long minutes, the way is clear. Along with a clear path, they also have some of the old SWAT gear and raider garments to use as they please, though it may not be neseccary.

Karl Freeman is his replacement. He does not go by Lord, nor Magistrate, nor Lord Magistrate. However he does go by President. President or Executive. His first act was to limit the power of the nobility, those whose lineages linked to the old world. Then he reinstalled Parliament. Finally he enacted Phase Two of Project Keeth Trago. As the Corporate Alliance of Keeth Trago is born.
Phase Two would now unionize the nations of The Western Sun and The Colonial Trade Conglomerate into one nation. Seeing the massive boom and growth between the two nations into one world super power. Karl Freemen is still the acting leader of the CTC however his power is jointly controlled by that of Han Huisho, acting Don of the Western Sun.
This ruling is to be acted out ASAP, the military is to be handed over to the Western Sun by a joint committee of Jiang and Freemen Security Council.
The Keeth Trago Alliance is to be kept in place however it will now be under the watchful eyes of Keeth Trago and the Conjoined Security Council.
Effective as of immediately.
