The Community of Khryzia is a gargantuan, safe nation, ruled by Carly Rae Jepsen with an even hand, and renowned for its museums and concert halls, irreverence towards religion, and stringent health and safety legislation. The compassionate population of 13.256 billion Khryzians are fiercely patriotic and enjoy great social equality; they tend to view other, more capitalist countries as somewhat immoral and corrupt.

The large, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Education, Healthcare, and Administration. It meets to discuss matters of state in the capital city of Solville. The average income tax rate is 84.5%, and even higher for the wealthy.

The powerhouse Khryzian economy, worth a remarkable 1,051 trillion Bones a year, is driven almost entirely by government activity, with private enterprise illegal. The industrial sector is mostly comprised of enterprising ten-year-olds selling lemonade on the sidewalk, although the government is looking at stamping this out. Average income is 79,295 Bones, and distributed extremely evenly, with practically no difference between the richest and poorest citizens.

Polygraphs are relegated to the dungeon exhibit in castle museums, Khryzian tourists are encouraged to hand out spare condoms to locals while on vacation, cops in Solville spend much of their time napping on a park bench next to Embassy Row, and extreme political groups are outlawed. Crime is totally unknown. Khryzia's national animal is the Shiba Inu, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests.

Khryzia is ranked 220,461^st in the world and 60^th in Nudist Dreamland for Most Scientifically Advanced, scoring 25.57 on the Kurzweil Singularity Index.
