The Emperor has the power to appoint and dismiss council officials at his discretion III. The Emperor is the absolute leader of Kaiser Reich. IV. The Chancellor is the World Assembly delegate, and will handle day to day affairs. Article II- Reichstag I. The Reichstag is the parliament of Kaiser Reich. II. The Kaiser Reich will have two houses, an elected House of Heros, and a House of Plebians. III. The Reichstag has the power to declare war.
So if the Emperor decrees a law that absolutely is hated by all, there is now way to repel it; or is there a majority vote in the realm to pressure the Emperor to reverse his decree?

Had a major role in crafting the Military Commonwealth constitution and being their PM, held a assembly position in a region allied with the UKN and currently Lord Governor of Danish Africa; colony of KOD.

EVERYTHING must be decentralized. Monopolies are always corrupt.
If you want to run a forum, sell access to it on the market and you can profit from it while you are at it.
By keeping the forums decentralized, we can allow for competition, which keeps the competing forums in check, providing better forum-ing, and no corruption (we will automatically flock away from a forum when we find out it is corrupt or abusive, and down goes the bad forum)

I added, "Strive in Parliament to Break-Up and prevent the formation of Federal monopolies, of any kind"
That means to monopoly on religion and certainly not a monopoly on the media

Good start but there aren't enough restrictions on the government. I want restrictions on both what the emperor can do and what sort of laws we can enact. E.g. No taxation, and I think that the Government ought to impose a minimum wage for government employees, etc
